These sessions will refine your diving and provide a safe environment to increase your depth and time underwater.
A Molchanov instructor guides you in open water, diving with you each time and giving feedback afterwards on the float. You'll leave knowing exactly what to focus on next.
Schedule
We usually meet at the school between 9 and 10am or between 2 and 3pm. We confirm your start time at least 48 hours before your session, and usually much sooner. If you book less than 48 hours ahead, we confirm it straight away. With private 1 on 1 coaching, you can request your own start time.
Prerequisites
You do not need to be an experienced freediver, and you do not need to have passed a course. You do need to know the basics, especially how to equalize, from a freediving course with any school (Discover Freediving or Wave 1 is enough) or from some freediving experience.
5 sessions for the price of 4
Do 5 coaching sessions within 10 days and the fifth one is free. Book and pay for each session as normal, and we add your free fifth session for you.
The 10 days start from your first session. Missed sessions do not count. If we cannot offer a session on a day you need, your 10 days are extended.
