Fathom Freedive Bali

Fathom Freedive Bali is a freediving and spearfishing school at Jemeluk Bay, Amed, Bali, Indonesia. You can contact us at info@fathomfreedive.com or on WhatsApp.

When you book a course or activity. You complete our booking form, which is provided by Fillout. We collect your name, email address, phone number, the activity and date you choose, and whether you are booking for yourself or a group. We use this to confirm and run your booking, take your deposit, send you confirmation emails and prepare your course. Your deposit is paid through Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

When you contact us. If you send a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address and message, and we reply by email. If you message us on WhatsApp, we see your phone number and what you write.

Medical and safety information. For certified courses, we may ask you to complete a medical questionnaire when you arrive. We use it only to decide whether it is safe for you to take part. We keep it only as long as we need to for safety and for our records.

Photos and video. If your course includes photos or video, we take them during your session and give them to you.

Website visits. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use our website, such as which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked. It uses cookies and collects information such as your approximate location, device and browser. We do not send your name, email or phone number to Google Analytics.

How people use our pages. We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors move around our pages, such as where they click and scroll, so we can fix anything confusing. It may record anonymised views of a visit and uses cookies. We set it to hide what you type into forms.

Advertising. We may advertise on Instagram and Facebook. To measure how well our adverts work, we use the Meta Pixel on our website. It records that a visit came from an advert and which pages or buttons were used. It uses cookies.

Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use cookies for analytics and advertising measurement, which are set when you arrive on our website. You can clear or block these cookies at any time in your browser settings. Our website still works without them.

We share information only with the services that help us run our business:

• Fillout, Make.com and Airtable, which process and store booking information
• Stripe, which processes payments
• Zoho and Resend, which we use for email, and Google Calendar, which we use for scheduling
• Google (Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and Meta (Instagram and Facebook)
• Our website hosting provider
• Our instructors, who see your booking so they can teach you

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information if the law requires it.

These services may store information on servers outside Indonesia and outside your country. We choose services that use recognised security practices.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them to run our business, handle questions and meet our legal and accounting duties. We delete or anonymise information we no longer need. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us for a copy of your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to limit how we use it, or to object to how we use it. You can also clear or block cookies at any time in your browser settings. To make a request, email info@fathomfreedive.com. We will reply within a reasonable time.

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No website or system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our website and booking form are for adults. If a parent or guardian books for a child, they are responsible for the information they give.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
