No fins is the most physically and technically demanding of the depth disciplines because it requires a high rate of work and a long dive-time. However for many, it is also the most fun, allowing for complete freedom in the water.

  • Theory: Covering technique for pool session.
  • Pool session.
  • Break for light lunch
  • Video analysis.
  • Theory: technique for constant weight no fins
  • Open water session: Swimming down, duck diving, freefall with no fins, using nose clip.
