This breathwork is a relatively quick and easy way to access altered states of consciousness, draw energy and focus/calm the mind for meditation. We may include a Theta Breath and meditation session on day two of your freediving course with us. However, not all of our instructor teach this technique. Please ask to make sure it will be included on your course.
There is no direct connection between this technique and freediving, but its a good life tool. It puts me in a good state of mind before heading out to sea 🙂
This is a longer process than ‘Theta breath’, we breath for a total of 45 minute – 1 hour.
