No Fins Workshop

Froggie Style

This finless discipline has been described as the purest form of freediving. Performing this technique effectively means mastering strokes that make up a rhythmic sequence.

We break down these components in the pool before taking it to the ocean. You also learn to dive with open eyes and no mask, using only a nose clip to equalise.

No fins is the most physically and technically demanding of the depth disciplines because it requires a high rate of work and a long dive-time. However for many, it is also the most fun, allowing for complete freedom in the water.
