PADI Basic Freediver

Try Freediving. One Day.

This freediving course Bali covers some of the basic practical skills from the level 1 course in a single day. Basic theory, breathing, and open water skills are included (to complete the full course and gain certification, simply add on the second day).

Basic freediving course bali – Theory covers some simple science on how the body works and adapts to freedive training. We teach you how to relax the mind and body using your breath. You practice dry simulations of holding the breath. In the water we cover hydrodynamic body alignment, kicking with long fins and efficient duck diving.

Most students end up diving between 10-15m on an introduction course. We put more emphasis on achieving a good relaxed feeling during each dive, rather than pushing to your absolute limit.

Bali freediving courses happen in Amed at our freediving school. The tropical coral reefs here are teeming with marine life, making them a great place to learn. However this course can be taken as a pool-only option at our Sanur location if required.

We are passionate underwater photographers and provide a free, high quality, post-produced JPEG album of your Bali freediving course. We can also shoot and edit a high quality video of your diving for US$ 40. Click here to watch some of these videos.
